Right of Withdrawal: The Client may exercise the right of withdrawal under Art. 4 of Legislative Decree no. 50 of 15 January 1992, within 7 days of the contract by emailing newsdesk@fastnewsplatform.uk. After publication of advertising or editorial content, any subsequent requests for cancellation, invoice annulment, or space removal will result in forfeiture of refund rights, and a minimum 20% penalty of the amount paid will apply, to account for image damages. All disputes are under the jurisdiction of the Court of Vibo Valentia.
