Congratulations to Prof. Paolo Carbone on his Appointment as President of the Quality Assurance Committee at the University of Perugia

Our editorial group wishes to express its warmest congratulations and sincere appreciation to Prof. Paolo Carbone, recently appointed President of the Quality Assurance Committee at the University of Perugia. A Full Professor of Electrical and Electronic Measurements, Prof. Carbone was elected by the Committee members on November 27, 2025, and will serve until the end of the 2025-2028 term, on March 30, 2028.

The appointment, formalized by Rectoral Decree, follows the resignation of Prof. Cristiano Perugini, who was appointed Rectoral Delegate for the “Budget; Economic-Financial Resources; Foundations” sector.

The Quality Assurance Committee plays a key role in the University’s Quality Assurance System, ensuring the continuous monitoring and improvement of both teaching and research activities. We are confident that under Prof. Carbone’s leadership, the University of Perugia will continue to pursue excellence and innovation, reaffirming its commitment to quality education and research.

Our editorial group wishes Prof. Carbone every success in this important role.
